Baltcap becomes the sole shareholder of HansaMatrix

Private equity fund manager BaltCap, through its company Emsco, becomes the sole shareholder of HansaMatrix, which becomes a private company.

On May 30, 2023 Emsco informed Nasdaq Riga that it solely owns 100% or 1 836 381 HansaMatrix shares. Nasdaq Riga decided on May 31, 2023 to approve the application of HansaMatrix and to delist its shares (ISIN LV0000101590, Ticker HMX1R) from the Baltic Main List. The last listing day was set to June 1, 2023.

All the people involved in the purchase process have earned the appreciation of the management team and the recognition of a successful outcome. HansaMatrix has bold goals for the future, but the team believes that they can achieve them with the support of the new shareholder!
