We’re excited to continue investing in Capex with the recent addition of the Mek ISO-Spector Inline Full 3D SMT Components and Solder Joints AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) System at both our HansaMatrix Ogre and Ventspils plants.

This cutting-edge system, powered by Artificial Intelligence, enables fast, programmer-independent automatic programming, continuously improving solder joint inspections, minimizing false calls, and optimizing defect detection. With a 25-megapixel camera and the industry’s largest field of view (69mm x 69mm), it delivers highly precise measurements. The ISO-Spector’s unique ability for 100% offline programming and debugging reduces downtime while seamlessly integrating with classification and traceability systems.
