Family-friendly workplace

HansaMatrix has achieved the status of a “Family-Friendly Workplace” through the program implemented by the Society’s Integration Foundation. The aim of the program is to promote the development of a work environment culture in Latvia that is empathetic, inclusive, and genuinely people-oriented. Dynamic business and social responsibility go hand in hand, so we will continue to work to promote work and private life harmony.
