Throughout our collaboration, HansaMatrix has been the exclusive manufacturer of HackMotion’s devices, overseeing every stage – from Surface Mount Technology (SMT) assembly to final packaging. The uniqueness of HackMotion’s product lies in its design and proprietary software, developed in-house.

Our ServicesIn 2024, HackMotion introduced the third revision of its sensor, incorporating significant enhancements to the electronics and assembly processes. These improvements have made the device even more user-friendly, including a transition in packaging design from a box to a pouch, enhancing the overall customer experience.
Amid a surge in demand and a growing order backlog, HansaMatrix stepped in to support HackMotion. Together, we addressed technical and material supply challenges, conducted staff training, and rapidly scaled production to meet urgent needs within just a few months. This close collaboration has fuelled HackMotion’s impressive growth, with the company expanding 2.3 times over the past year.

Nortroll is a global company and part of the international Sicame Group, with a local presence in 40 countries. They provide solutions for distribution network monitoring, control, and automation. Nortroll’s comprehensive range of power distribution products allows customers to create tailored building blocks for a complete smart grid solution.
Nortroll began its collaboration with HansaMatrix in 2005, seeking an EMS partner where “quality is rooted in the backbone.” This strong, long-term partnership, built on a shared commitment to delivering high-quality solutions, will celebrate its 20th anniversary in August 2025.

HansaMatrix scaled production fivefold in 2023, developing new methods to efficiently manage the increased volume and ensure the high quality Nortroll demands.
Our ServicesIn recent years, the demand for volume ramp-up capabilities has grown as Nortroll’s products gain increasing recognition from industry leaders worldwide. In 2023, HansaMatrix supported a project five times larger in volume than previous productions. This ramp-up not only helped Nortroll meet the rising demand but also allowed us to discover new methods and approaches to efficiently manage the increased production volume.

Cavotec began its cooperation with HansaMatrix in 2009, in search of a trustworthy, long-term electronics manufacturing partner. Over the past 16 years, the partnership has grown significantly, with 2023 marking a major ramp-up in volumes due to organic growth. The scope of collaboration has also expanded, now covering SMT, PCBA, and BBA processes, as well as testing, ultrasonic welding, potting, and packaging services – representing a full production cycle.
Like many companies, Cavotec faced challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly with material availability and lead times. These were successfully addressed through close cooperation between the teams, including proactive proposals from HansaMatrix for alternative components, new supplier sourcing, and production flexibility such as splitting batch sizes to ensure partial deliveries on time.
