HansaMatrix receives plastic part production equipment
Project 1.2.1.4/16/A/021 “Experimental production line set up for fabrication of volumetric three-dimensional image display hardware and components to them”
During December of 2018th AS HansaMatrix has received first equipment within project “Experimental production line set up for fabrication of volumetric three-dimensional image display hardware and components to them” based on the signed contract with Central Finance and Contracting Agency of the Republic of Latvia on 18th April of 2017 (project No 1.2.1.4/16/A/021).
Two sets of plastic part production equipment (including all peripherals) and x-ray equipment for electronic production quality automated control have been received and installation, adjustment, and testing of the equipment are currently underway.
Equipment will be used for new, global innovative, science-intensive high technology production. New production line implements a pilot manufacturing process where besides electronic circuit manufacturing will be available technologies for fabrication of high precision engineering and optical grade plastic parts.
Project total investment amount is 2.899 million EUR. EU and Latvian government grant amount is 1.015 million EUR. The rest of the project will be financed from the company’s own and bank loan resources.
